Refund Policy:

At Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review the following options.

Damaged Items:
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at annamagkawas@gmail.com. We will arrange for a refund to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Simple Returns of Unwanted Items:

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at annamagkawas@gmail.com . We will provide you with a return address for the item(s). Please note that the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your item arrives safely.

Once we have received your returned item(s), you will be notified via the email address you originally used to place the order. A full refund for the cost of the item(s) will be issued within 5 business days, excluding the original shipping cost.

Shipping Rates

Luxe Beauty and Wellness Group is proud to offer shipping within the Philippines for your convenience. Our shipping rates are as follows:

Metro Manila Shipping Rate: ₱150
Delivery time: typically 3 – 5 business days

Outside Metro Manila Shipping Rate: ₱300
